I ordered the Rolex Lady-Datejust Oyster 28mm watch from Watches of Switzerland expecting high quality and prestige. However, I was extremely disappointed by the condition of the box upon arrival. It was beat up and clearly not handled with care. To make matters worse, the delivery driver didn’t even bother to knock and just tossed the package on my porch. The watch itself had a major issue: it ran slow, losing several seconds every few days. This required constant adjustments, which was extremely inconvenient. I expected much better from such a renowned brand and retailer, but my experience has left me deeply dissatisfied.
